Welcome to Scarlett & Parlour Co. 🌹 Hello! My name is Destany, and I’m the proud owner of Scarlett & Parlour Co., a charming little salon nestled in the heart of Cinco Ranch, Katy, Texas. My focus is Blonding, Balayage (Lived In Color), Layered Haircuts & Bobs, Sew-In Weft Extensions & Hair Health. Additionally, I do offer color services like Grey Coverage/ Root Color Touch Ups and MANY more services. I am dedicated to providing each of my clients with exceptional hair care and a personalized service experience. I never double-book appointments, allowing me to focus fully on each client throughout their entire visit—because I believe that individualized attention is key to delivering quality service. Scarlett & Parlour Co. is meant to be your place to relax, escape, and truly focus on yourself while enjoying your hair transformation. New Clients MUST book an in person Color Consultation before booking any Color/Blonding appointments. (Unless you are 100% sure you know what to book.) This is to help avoid losing your deposit if for some reason you booked improperly without having a consult first to ensure proper time and services are booked and I have to reschedule you. I don’t do consults through Email/Text/DM. You have to contact me to book an in person consultation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE NOTICE & NO SHOW POLICY A 7 day notice is REQUIRED for Cancellations, reschedules and altering your appointments. (Example you wanted a full but want to switch to a partial.) Otherwise, you lost your deposit and be charged the remainder that equals to 50% of your service total. Failing to give 7 day notice will result in losing your deposit & be charged the remainder that equals to 50% of your service total because it’s classed as a last minute cancellation, reschedule & appointment swap in which your spot (or leftover hours from a swap) will now likely go unfilled leaving me with no work for the hours booked out on my work schedule. A new appointment will require a new deposit. If you no-show your appointment you will lose your deposit and be charged the remainder that equals to 50% of your service total and you will be banned from ever booking with me. Additionally, I completely understand that unexpected situations like illness or personal matters can arise beyond anyone’s control. However, cancellations or reschedules made with less than 7 days’ notice are still last minute cancellations. This is because the time reserved for your appointment is set aside specifically for you on my work schedule, and short notice changes often make it impossible to fill that spot. I will handle cancellations by a case by case basis however, if cancellations become a pattern of habit I will have to strictly enforce my policy moving forward. Thank you for understanding the importance of this policy. PAYMENT POLICY A deposit ranging from $25-$50 (and 50% for all day services) of the total service is required to secure your booking. This is deducted from your final payment. The deposit & cancellation fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable in the event of a cancellation not met by the 7 day notice requirement. Remaining balance is paid day of service. If your deposit is not paid by the 7 day requirement prior to your appointment and you cancel less than 7 days ahead you will still have to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the total services booked. If you have paid your deposit and had to cancel last minute you will be charged the remainder that equals to 50% of your service total as per my 50% cancellation fee policy. If you refuse to pay it, you will no longer be allowed to book at Scarlett & Parlour Co. and you will have an un-paid balance marked in your client profile. The only exceptions to a refund or a transfer are if: 
• You cancel or reschedule at or before the required 7-day notice. • I, the stylist, must cancel or reschedule for any reason. • A mandatory or permanent building closure. • A natural disaster occurs. 
These exceptions ensure you are not left inconvenienced. LATE POLICY Please make arrangements prior to your booking to avoid arriving late. You have a 15 minute grace period. If you are later than the grace period you risk losing your deposit and will be charged the remainder that equals to 50% of your service total if I have to reschedule you or adjust your appointment to a smaller express service. REFUND POLICY There are no refunds after the service is rendered. If for any reason you have an issue with your result it’s encouraged to tell me before you leave or within 72 hours so I can plan to find a solution to fixing what you don’t like at the earliest convenience. After 72 hours if you have not reached out, you will have to pay for a new service. Additionally, All sales are final on retail products. GIFT CARD POLICY Gift cards must be used within 12 months of purchase date. They will expire after 1 year and are non-refundable. Additionally, gift cards are also non-transferable, non- refundable and may not be returned or replaced. Scarlett and Parlour Co. are not responsible if your gift card goes lost or stolen. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Gift card can only be used for purchase of any salon service and/or product. Gift cards are single-use only and cannot be redeemed across multiple appointments or purchases. CLIENT CONSENT & POLICY FORM As soon as you book your appointment online you will receive a notification email and/or text with a LINK to a Form that I REQUIRE to be filled out before your appointment. You only have to answer it once! (Unless the form info is updated for any reason, only then will you to fill out something new on the form.) By booking an appointment with me, you are required to acknowledge and agree to all salon policies as outlined otherwise you will not be able to secure an appointment with me. Additionally, you understand that achieving your desired results requires the use of professional color products and chemicals, and outcomes may vary depending on individual hair types and conditions. While I ALWAYS strive to meet expectations, I cannot guarantee identical results for every client. Furthermore, By booking with me you agree to release me from any liability should the results differ from your expectations or if unforeseen issues arise.
